          In today's environment, women are limited in their ability to undertake things that are difficult for them, even if they are capable of doing it. Women are underrated in our society, even though they're the ones who do so much effort that we don't recognize. Supporting women's self-esteem, ability to make independent decisions, and right to influence change in society for themselves and others is referred to as women's empowerment. In our world, women continue to experience discrimination and violence, and they are bullied.

          Why is it so important to empower women? Women's empowerment is a method for boosting their self-esteem. To achieve gender equality, we must encourage women's empowerment. Men have been known to criticize women for being weak, but we must appreciate and respect the sacrifices and hardships that women have endured and because women can also do men’s work. We must cease criticizing and discriminating against women and instead empower them by increasing their self-esteem, ensuring their safety, and allowing them to enjoy their freedom.

 

          The women and men barrier will be resolved one day. To be on an equal level and to live as one. Let's start with ourselves and think about how we might improve our environment. Rather of discriminating against women, we should work to build their confidence so that they may gain their freedom. Let us live in a world where women and men are treated equally.
